Chocolate Espresso: Filled with a touch of chocolate chunks, and dipped in dark chocolate. They are simply addicting. These cookies are topped with  fresh espresso beans.

Lemon Coconut: You are in for a treat! This delicious crumbly and zesty cookie is showered in lemon zest, and rimmed in white chocolate and roasted coconut. Topped with our beautiful white chocolate stamp.

Salted Chocolate: A wonderful combination and balance of sweet and salty. This buttery chocolate cookie is filled with chunks of dark and semi sweet chocolate, and is topped with Fleur De Sel sea salt. They are decorated with a dark chocolate drizzle. 

Vanilla Brûlée: Not just your simple vanilla cookies. They are one of our family’s favorite buttery perfection, topped with a delicious caramelized sugar crust. The combination of soft and sandy with a sugar crunch is a delicious way to enjoy your coffee/tea!

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer allergy free items at this time. Despite our best efforts; we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Although some items may not include gluten or certain allergens in the ingredients, all of our products are made in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, milk, seeds, sesame, soy, wheat, gluten etc. and therefore may contain cross contamination.

All of our Sablé Cookies are best consumed on the day of delivery at room temperature.

In the event that you don’t devour your Sablés the moment you receive them, do not worry; they will last covered in a airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, and 1 week covered in a airtight container in the fridge. You may freeze them up to a month in a airtight container and then let them come to room temperature before enjoying. Another trick after freezing or storing them in the fridge is to place them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften the butter in the dough. This makes them super soft!
