Brigadeiros are traditional Brazilian desserts that can be compared to truffles or maybe even a soft fudge! They are not as sweet or hard as fudge but they are a bit more dense than truffles. Our delicious Bridgadeiros are made with the finest ingredients including our very favorite Belgium Callebaut Chocolates. The taste is incredible.

All of our Brigadeiros are best consumed on the day of delivery at room temperature.

In the event that you don’t devour your Brigadeiros the moment you receive them (we doubt this will ever happen!), do not worry; they will last covered in a airtight container at room temperature for 1 day, and MAX 2 days covered in a airtight container in the fridge. If you want to keep them longer, freeze them right away in a airtight container and let them come to room temperature before enjoying again. They will keep in the freezer for up to a month. Keep in mind we don’t use preservatives in our treats, so the sugar crystalizes as it sits and becomes sweeter. Therefore the truffles will always taste best the day you receive them.
